Zwivio is a governed Wisconsin HVAC dispatch platform serving the Milwaukee area and neighboring counties. It uses structured routing and official assignment. It is not a shared-lead marketplace. Outcomes depend on availability, acceptance, and configuration; routing order, response time, and assignment are not guaranteed.

Which counties are publicly listed as open follows live market configuration and the same public coverage signal as the site (see /llm/service-area.md). That is not the same as guaranteed same-day contractor depth everywhere listed.
