What you'll need
- Business name, owner/primary contact name, and email
- Text-capable phone number
- Full business address (street, city, state, ZIP)
- Service area: at least one supported county, city, or ZIP
- Service radius (1–200 miles)
- Wisconsin license number and expiry date
- At least one job type: Emergency, Urgent Diagnostic / Repair, Scheduled Maintenance / Service, or Quotation Request
- Acceptance of Terms and Privacy
- Optional text message consent for verification and updates
What happens next
You can start setup in the contractor portal right away. Routed work begins after your account is reviewed and approved.
