Turn On-Call on only when you can actually respond. That readiness is how urgent requests reach pros who are truly available.
This area is for contractors. Looking for HVAC service for your home? Homeowners start here.

Dispatch-First Network.
Built to turn real availability into real assignments, without a shared-lead race.
Zwivio sends you individual offers matched to your coverage, readiness, and location, not a shared-lead blast. You pay only when a job is officially assigned to you.
We're selective. We accept licensed, insured contractors who serve our Wisconsin markets (Milwaukee area and neighbors) and maintain professional execution on accepted work.
Serving the Milwaukee area and neighboring counties.
What shapes when you are offered work
Three things shape whether work comes to you first: readiness, location, and reliability.
Text your current zip or city so we can offer work that is actually close: less windshield time, better fit.
No background tracking. Only your last shared location.
Prompt replies, honoring commitments, and showing up as promised build trust and affect how soon you are considered for suitable work.
What contractors can expect today
What Zwivio commits to from day one.
No shared-lead blast
Offers are routed in a controlled way, not sent to everyone at once. You get individual matching, not a race.
Homeowner approval
For work that requires it, the homeowner approves before the job is assigned and you are charged.
Assignment Fees
You are charged only when a job is officially assigned to you, not for offers you did not win. Line-item amounts by request type are available after SMS verification on Pricing & earnings.

From text offer to dispatch
Each request reaches nearby verified pros through governed routing: fit, proximity, and how you run your work, not open lead lists. When you are On-Call and the job is a sensible match, you may see offers for Emergency, Urgent (24h), or Scheduled work.
Pro tip: keep your location updated (zip/city) so offers stay geographically realistic.
Review job type, ZIP, window, and fee. Choose your arrival option and accept. No money is held or charged at this stage.
Some jobs assign as soon as you accept. When the homeowner must approve, the job is held for you while the homeowner confirms; if they do not confirm, you are not assigned and you are not charged.
When the match is final, the job is officially assigned to you. Only then is the platform dispatch fee charged, never before.
After the charge clears, the homeowner’s full contact info and address are revealed. You get a text so you can line up the truck.
Strong response and completion patterns strengthen your reliability tier over time. Elite contractors are typically considered earlier for suitable matched work.
No background tracking. Only your last shared location.
