The four things that shape your offers

Offer priority is shaped by readiness, capacity, location, and reliability.

Go On-Call

Turn On-Call on when someone can actually respond. Use capacity controls when your day changes so urgent requests reach pros who are ready.

Set capacity

Mark yourself open, full for today, unsure, or available only inside selected windows so dispatch reflects the work your team can actually take.

Share location

Text your current zip or city so we can offer work that is actually close: less windshield time, better fit.

No background tracking. Only your last shared location.

Reliability

Prompt replies, honoring commitments, and showing up as promised build trust and affect how soon you are considered for suitable work.

What service businesses can expect today

What Zwivio commits to from day one. Field Console gives your business visibility into offers, outcomes, assigned jobs, wallet activity, and Performance & ROI history.

No shared-lead blast

Offers are routed in a controlled way, not sent to everyone at once. You get individual matching, not a race.

Homeowner approval

For work that requires it, the homeowner approves before the job is assigned and you are charged.

Know the drive before you accept

Offers can show estimated drive time and miles before you commit, so you can decide whether the job fits your route, schedule, and workload.

Assignment fees only after assignment

You are not charged to receive, review, or decline an offer. The platform dispatch fee applies only when a job is officially assigned to your business under the rules for that request type.

What businesses usually want to know first

A quick read before you go deeper.

Not a shared-lead blast

Zwivio does not sell the same dispatch-style request broadly for multiple providers to chase at once.

Pay only on official assignment

Receiving an offer is not a charge event. You are charged only when a job is officially assigned under the rules for that request type.

Contact transfer follows the process

Do not treat an offer or pending-approval acceptance as final assignment. Contact transfer follows the assignment process for that request type.

No guaranteed volume

Zwivio does not guarantee fixed work volume, provider order, or that the first provider to respond will be assigned.

Built to protect your upside.

Zwivio routes real dispatch requests without turning your business into a public bid listing or taking a percentage of your final invoice.

You own the customer relationship

Once a job is officially assigned, the homeowner relationship for that job is between your business and the homeowner.

Your invoice stays yours

Zwivio does not take a percentage of the final ticket. If a repair turns into replacement work or a maintenance plan, that upside belongs to your business.

Not a cheapest-bid marketplace

Homeowners do not browse a public business directory and pick the lowest price. Zwivio uses governed dispatch based on fit, availability, timing, and reliability.

No monthly lock-in

Zwivio does not charge a monthly subscription or long-term membership fee. You pay only under the applicable assignment or quote rules.

How Zwivio works

From text offer to dispatch

Matched to you, not blasted

Each request reaches nearby verified pros through governed routing: fit, proximity, and how you run your work, not open lead lists. When you are On-Call and the job is a sensible match, you may see offers for Emergency, Urgent (24h), or Scheduled work.

Pro tip: keep your location updated (zip/city) so offers stay geographically realistic.

Review the offer & accept (no charge yet)

Review request type, job area, service window, drive estimate when available, and platform fee. Choose your arrival option and accept. No money is held or charged at this stage.

Homeowner confirmation when required

Some jobs assign as soon as you accept. When the homeowner must approve, the job is held for you while the homeowner confirms; if they do not confirm, you are not assigned and you are not charged.

Official assignment & charge

When the match is final, the job is officially assigned to you. Only then is the platform dispatch fee charged, never before.

Full disclosure

After the charge clears, the homeowner’s full contact info and address are revealed. You get a text so you can line up the truck.

Consistency over time

Strong response and completion patterns strengthen your reliability tier over time. Elite service businesses are typically considered earlier for suitable matched work.

This diagram shows how dispatch offers move from dispatch status setup and offer receipt through assignment, homeowner approval when required, contact release, and job completion.
