For Emergency, Urgent, Scheduled, or Quote requests, Zwivio coordinates outreach through a governed process suited to that request type. When speed or coverage requires it for dispatch-style work, we may contact multiple eligible pros through the platform, but we do not turn your personal contact information into a lead blast.
A pro usually needs to accept the job and may suggest arrival timing. The visit is finalized only after any needed steps complete.

If a pro cancels, Zwivio may reroute or escalate the request, subject to availability and policy.
Contact sharing
For dispatch-style requests, contact details are shared in line with assignment rules—typically only with the pro assigned to you. Pros who were not assigned do not receive your information for that job.
