What is Zwivio?
Speed without the callback storm. Zwivio coordinates the search for HVAC help so you do not have to manage a flood of contractor callbacks. When speed or availability calls for it, we may contact multiple eligible contractors — but through governed dispatch, not by turning your contact details into a broad lead blast.
IN SHORT
Zwivio coordinates HVAC dispatch without the shared-lead call storm.
You submit one request. Zwivio routes it through a governed assignment process, keeps you updated, and protects your contact details from broad shared-lead distribution.
Dispatch, not a directory
Zwivio is not a browse-and-blast list. Your request moves through a controlled HVAC dispatch flow.
Free for homeowners
You do not pay Zwivio to submit a request. You pay your contractor for the work performed.
Privacy-first assignment
Contact details are shared through assignment rules, not pushed to every contractor.
Your contractor performs the work
Zwivio coordinates dispatch; the licensed contractor who comes to your home performs and bills for the HVAC work.
CORE DIFFERENCE
How Zwivio differs from shared-lead websites
Typical lead sites often sell your info to many parties at once. Zwivio focuses on a single, governed path.
THE FLOW
Dispatch flow in a few steps
Not a broad “all contractors call” lead blast. Your request moves through governed routing.

What Zwivio is
Zwivio is a local HVAC dispatch platform focused on Wisconsin, starting from the Milwaukee area and selected counties. We help coordinate your request with qualified pros through a governed process, not a free-for-all.
For emergency, urgent same-day, or scheduled dispatch-style work, Zwivio coordinates outreach through a governed process. When speed or coverage requires it, we may contact multiple eligible contractors through the platform, but we do not turn your personal contact information into a lead blast.
A contractor usually needs to accept the job and may suggest arrival timing. The visit is finalized only after any needed steps complete.
Why homeowners use Zwivio
Many people are tired of submitting one form and getting a wave of competing calls. Zwivio is built around coordinated dispatch: submit once, get clear status updates, and let the contractor search move through a governed process without turning your contact information into a lead blast.
What Zwivio is not
- Not a typical shared-lead site where the same request is sent broadly to many contractors so they all call you.
- Not a browse-only contractor directory whose main job is to dump contact info widely.
- Not the company that repairs your furnace or AC. Zwivio coordinates dispatch; your contractor performs the service and bills for it.
What happens after you submit
You describe the problem, verify your phone, and send the request. Zwivio does not promise a specific response time, contractor order, or that the first person contacted will always be assigned.
Verification
Verification helps confirm the request is real so routing can run safely and seriously.
Governed Routing
Eligible contractors are contacted through a governed process, not an open blast for dispatch-style jobs.
Confirmation
Acceptances and approvals come together before a visit is locked in. Until then, timing is tentative.
Stay Informed
You receive text updates as routing, approvals, assignment, or trip status change.
How text updates work
Zwivio uses text updates and in-product messages for operational updates: routing progress, when your approval is needed, assignment, and trip timing.
If timing changes
Arrival windows are coordinated with you; they are not a blanket guarantee. If proposed timing no longer fits, the product may require your explicit confirmation.
If a contractor cancels, Zwivio may reroute or escalate the request, subject to availability and policy.
Contact sharing
For dispatch-style requests, contact details are shared in line with assignment rules—typically only with the pro assigned to you. Contractors who were not assigned do not receive your information for that job.
Who performs the work
Your contractor diagnoses, repairs, installs, and bills for the work. Zwivio coordinates dispatch, participation requirements, and communication. It is not a substitute for the licensed pro on site.
How quote requests differ
Planning a bigger project may call for a quote path. Multiple contractors may express interest, and you review candidates before choosing who is allowed to contact you.
