Reply with your offer reference number and command
Every Zwivio offer includes a 2-3 digit offer reference number. Reply with that offer reference number plus your command.

You may receive multiple offers at once. Reply in any order - just include the correct offer reference number each time.
Upper/lowercase and extra spaces are OK.
If we can't match your reply, retry with the offer reference number from your latest Zwivio text or open Unfilled Jobs in the contractor portal.
Advanced: custom arrival window
When your offer text includes a custom window, you can reply in the form 17 Y 30-60 min. Note the space after Y. Use the same offer reference number as in your latest offer text.
No charge for offers you don't win
Miss the window, not get assigned, or homeowner doesn't approve. Nothing hits your account under those outcomes. Zwivio charges on official assignment (or applicable quote rules)—not for browsing or declining offers you did not win.
