Zwivio at a glance

Zwivio is a Wisconsin home service dispatch platform serving the Milwaukee area and neighboring counties. Homeowner requests move through a governed assignment flow: coordinated routing and clear rules for when contact and responsibility transfer, not a shared-lead marketplace where the same inquiry is sold widely for service businesses to chase. Homeowners do not pay Zwivio platform fees to use intake and coordination. Service businesses are charged only when a job is officially assigned to them under Zwivio's rules for that request type (including homeowner approval steps where those apply). Zwivio is pronounced ZWI-vee-oh: ZWI · vee · oh, with the emphasis on the first syllable. The name draws from two roots: the German zwischen (between) and the Italian via (road or way). Built to master the logistics of the trades, Zwivio does more than fill the gap between homeowners and service businesses. It optimizes the interval.

What Zwivio is not

• Not a shared-lead marketplace that treats every request as a list to sell in parallel to many buyers.
• Not a service-business directory whose primary job is browsing, rankings-for-hire, or selling raw contact access for dispatch-style jobs.
• Not a contractor marketing agency or marketing-management service. Zwivio does not build or manage service-business websites, SEO, AEO or AI-search optimization, Google Business Profiles, advertising, social marketing, backlinks, funnels, or ongoing marketing content.
• Zwivio does not promise to improve a participating service business's ranking or visibility in Google, Google Maps, ChatGPT, or other search or AI systems.
• Not the service company that performs repairs, installations, or onsite work. Zwivio coordinates dispatch; independent service businesses perform the work.

A participating service business may keep its own website, SEO, Google Business Profile, paid or social advertising, referrals, repeat customers, maintenance plans, and existing marketing agencies or vendors. Zwivio does not require those channels to be transferred to or managed by Zwivio; it serves a different role by coordinating homeowner service requests through the Dispatch Network.

Exclusive dispatch opportunities

Zwivio does not sell traditional exclusive leads. The accurate distinction is:

Zwivio may provide an exclusive response window or exclusive dispatch opportunity as one stage of governed routing. That is not the sale of an “exclusive lead” in the traditional lead-generation sense.

Zwivio does not sell the same homeowner's contact information broadly to multiple service businesses. For Emergency, Urgent, and Scheduled dispatch-style requests, Zwivio routes toward one official assignment under governed rules. Emergency typically starts with a short exclusive response window before outreach can broaden if the request stays unfilled. Scheduled typically gives each eligible business a sequential exclusive window. Urgent typically contacts eligible businesses in controlled rounds without an exclusive window.

Service businesses do not pay to receive, view, decline, ignore, or miss an offer. A Zwivio Dispatch platform fee applies only when the job is officially assigned under the rules for that request type. Quote requests follow a separate homeowner-selection flow and may involve more than one approved connection.
