For service businesses
Additional work without buying the same lead as five other companies
If you run a home-service business, you have probably paid for shared leads, chased low-fit inquiries, or turned down jobs because the timing was wrong—not because you lacked capacity. Zwivio is built differently: governed opportunities you can review by text or email, with no subscription to receive offers and no platform fee unless you accept an official assignment.
- Not a shared-lead marketplace — you see governed offers, not a race to call the same homeowner first
- No monthly fee to receive, review, decline, or miss opportunities
- Platform fee applies only after official assignment

How home-service businesses look for additional work
Most operators mix referrals, repeat customers, local SEO, property-manager relationships, and paid lead sources. Each channel has tradeoffs: referrals are strong but uneven; SEO takes time; paid leads can fill a calendar—or waste a truck roll when the job is far away, underpriced, or already sold to competitors.
Growing a home-service business often means finding incremental demand that respects your service area, crew capacity, and the kinds of jobs you actually want. That is the gap between “more leads” and more of the right work.
What governed dispatch means
Zwivio’s Dispatch Network routes eligible homeowner requests to businesses that match trade, service area, and configured request types. You receive offers by text or email, review details on a secure link, and decide whether to accept—without a subscription charge for participating in that review process.
Jobs are not guaranteed. Availability depends on trade, request type, market coverage, and your setup. That honesty is part of the model: additional opportunity where the platform is configured, not a promise of endless work everywhere.
How opportunities are routed
When a request matches your configured trade, specialties, service area, and eligible request types, Zwivio may send you an offer. You can accept, decline, or ignore it. Missing an offer does not create a fee.
You control the work you opt into—Emergency, Urgent, Scheduled, Quote, and other lanes only where your trade and market support them. Field Console is included for managing jobs officially assigned through the network.
What it costs to participate
There is no Dispatch Network subscription and no charge to receive, review, decline, ignore, or miss an offer. The platform fee applies only when a job is officially assigned to your business.
Platform fees vary by trade and request type. See pricing and earnings for current details rather than relying on static numbers here.
Control you keep
You define service area, specialties, and eligible work. You decide which offers to pursue. Zwivio does not require you to accept a minimum number of jobs, and participating in review does not lock you into unwanted dispatch volume.
Businesses can apply or request details even where Dispatch availability is still limited for their trade or market—setup and Field Console access can proceed while coverage expands.
Dispatch Network, Field Console, and Field Console Pro
Three related products serve different jobs—keep them separate when you evaluate fit.
- Zwivio Dispatch Network
- An optional channel for eligible Zwivio-routed job opportunities. No subscription to receive offers; platform fee only after official assignment.
- Field Console
- Included for managing jobs assigned through the Zwivio Dispatch Network—offers, status, and network workflow tools.
- Field Console Pro
- Separate, optional operations software for jobs your business books and manages itself—customers, scheduling, quotes, and invoicing on your own work.
Current availability
Dispatch participation depends on trade, request type, market coverage, and current platform configuration. Opportunities are not available nationwide for every trade.
