Customer appointment pages and text-update consent
Share secure appointment pages with timing, service details, technician details where enabled, and available trip updates where enabled. Optional text updates require explicit, phone-specific consent.
- Appointment pages show customer-visible timing and service details—not your internal Operations notes.
- Technician details and available trip updates appear on the page where enabled for the visit.
- Text updates are optional and require explicit opt-in for the phone number on file.
- Email invitations and appointment links do not grant text consent.
- Customers can reply STOP to stop texts for that phone number.
- Replying START restores general Zwivio texting eligibility only; Field Console job-update texts still need fresh opt-in on the appointment page or through your team.
- A new phone number always requires fresh consent.
Privacy in messages
Do not include sensitive personal details in SMS content. Messages should stay operational—timing, status, and appointment context only.
Where to find it: Share the appointment link from the job or customer workflow in Field Console. Manage text consent from the customer record when a phone number is on file.
