Review daily and weekly schedules with technician and work-source context. Schedule Intelligence helps compare fit while adding or editing a job.
- Daily and weekly views show scheduled work, overlap context, and unassigned jobs where applicable.
- Schedule Intelligence compares technician fit, nearby scheduled work, additional drive impact, and conflicts during add or edit.
- Suggested openings respect typical business hours; you can still enter custom times with conflict warnings.
- Starter includes Schedule Intelligence fair-use access. Pro and Pro Plus include a monthly Schedule Intelligence allowance on your plan. Pro Plus and Custom may include value reporting in Reports where enabled.

Review a selected day with the Day Planner
When you want to review assignments across a selected day, open the Schedule Intelligence Day Planner from the Schedule page or the Operations navigation.
Choose the jobs you want to analyze, review the number of Schedule Intelligence checks the run will use, and start the analysis when you are ready. The Day Planner keeps appointment windows unchanged and returns technician-assignment suggestions for your dispatcher to review.

Where to find it: Open /schedule for daily and weekly calendar views. Schedule Intelligence runs when you add or edit a job from /operations/add or an edit-job screen. Open /schedule/day-planner to review technician-assignment suggestions across a selected day.
