Team access, roles, and plan limits

Owners, dispatchers, and technicians have different access. Plan limits apply to included users and managers.

  • Owners and dispatchers manage customers, quotes, invoices, scheduling, and operational jobs.
  • Technicians work assigned jobs from My Work with field-focused access.
  • Each plan includes a defined number of users and managers; Custom uses a tailored team size. See the pricing page for current included seats.
  • Technician access follows your plan team limits—limits apply to total active company job users on the plan.

Plans are designed around team size, Schedule Intelligence volume, and support—not locked operating-feature tiers.

Billing access

Subscription and plan changes are handled by account owners through the business subscription area.

Where to find it: Open /business/team for team members and /business/pro for plan details.
