Google review requests

Ask satisfied customers for public Google reviews after completed company jobs with contractor-branded review request emails.

  • Connect and confirm your Google Business Profile before review request emails can send.
  • Turn on “Send Google review request after completed jobs” in Customer Communication settings.
  • Use the per-job checkbox before marking a company job completed to skip a review request when needed.
  • Google review request emails are included with every plan. Customer Text Updates are a separate optional add-on.

Set up Google review request emails

  • Turn on “Show my Google reviews where applicable” and confirm your Google business on your profile.
  • In Customer Communication settings, turn on “Send Google review request after completed jobs.”
  • Before you mark a company job completed, review the per-job checkbox if you want to skip the review request for that visit.

Google review request emails are included with every Field Console Pro plan, including Starter. Customer Text Updates are separate and are not required for Google review emails.

Company jobs vs Dispatch Network jobs

Company jobs can send a contractor-branded Google review request email after completion. They do not create Zwivio internal reviews.

For Zwivio Dispatch Network jobs, Zwivio may ask the homeowner for internal marketplace feedback after completion. If your Google review setting is enabled and your Google profile is connected, the homeowner may also see an optional Google review button after submitting that internal review.

Where to find it: Open /pro/profile to connect and confirm your Google business, then /business/customer-communication to turn review request emails on or off. Use the completion checkbox on company jobs in /jobs.
