Create quotes with Price Book or template lines, send a secure approval link, and convert approved work to a job or recurring schedule.
- Edit quote line items before you save and send; customers approve or decline through the link.
- Convert an approved quote to a one-time job or to a recurring schedule on monthly plans.
- Add a customer message and internal quote notes where your workflow uses them.
- View a related invoice when one exists for the same work.
Starter billing note
Sending certain quotes may count toward Starter billable work items. Your first Starter billable work item is included at no charge. Quote-to-job conversion does not create a second Starter charge for the same quote path.
Where to find it: Open /quotes to list quotes and create new quotes from /quotes/new.
