Invoices, online payments, and reporting
Create invoices from completed work or approved quote lines, send them to customers, and accept secure online payments when payments are enabled for your business.
- Create invoices from completed jobs your business booked directly, including from the job detail in Jobs.
- For assigned Zwivio jobs that appear in Jobs after assignment, you can create an invoice from the job after the visit is complete when the Invoice section is available—this bills through your Field Console invoice flow, not Dispatch marketplace settlement.
- Prefill from approved quote line items when a converted quote exists.
- Track invoice status and aging; use Reports for revenue, quote activity, invoice activity, and follow-ups.
- Pro Plus and Custom may include Schedule Intelligence value reporting in Reports where enabled.
Online payments
Customers pay through a secure checkout when your business has completed payment setup. Sending an invoice requires a customer email on the invoice.
Where to find it: Open /invoices for invoices, /business/payment-settings for payment setup, and /reports for reporting.
