Jobs, assignments, and scheduling

Create and manage jobs for work your business books directly. Use daily and weekly schedule views, assign technicians, and follow operational visibility on the Operations map. Assigned Zwivio jobs appear in your Operations workspace after assignment.

  • Add jobs from Operations or the schedule; assign technicians and set service windows.
  • Review daily and weekly schedule views with same-technician conflict warnings and unassigned-job signals.
  • Use custom start and end times when after-hours or extended windows are needed.
  • Assigned team members can respond to pre-service check-ins from their assigned job in My Work.
  • Jobs your business books directly do not create Dispatch offers or marketplace routing activity.

Jobs list and Operations

The Jobs list shows active operational work. Operations overview helps owners and dispatchers see day-of context. Technicians often work from My Work for assignments.

Keep your team informed as the day moves

  • See scheduled job destinations and active trip markers on the Operations map.
  • Track available location updates when technicians share trip progress.
  • Capture time on site from Arrived to Completed.
  • Give owners and dispatchers operational visibility while technicians focus on assigned work.

Trip visibility is based on shared trip progress and available location updates.

Pre-service check-ins

Assigned team members can confirm they are on track, report a delay, or flag that they cannot make the appointment. Owners and dispatchers can review responses through in-app alerts—see Follow-ups and in-app alerts.

Assigned Zwivio work

When your business accepts an assigned Zwivio job, it appears alongside your own jobs in Jobs and on the schedule after assignment. Open that job from Jobs to manage the visit, trip updates, and completion—without treating it like a job you created from scratch.

Where to find it: Use /operations and /operations/add to add work; /jobs for the job list; /schedule for calendar views; /me/work for technician assignments.
