Follow-ups and in-app alerts

Track follow-up opportunities and review in-app alerts as an owner or dispatcher. Technicians respond to pre-service check-ins from their assigned job.

  • Follow-ups page lists service reminders and quote or invoice follow-up tasks you create or system surfaces.
  • In-app alerts cover follow-ups due or overdue, quote activity, invoice activity, and supported job updates—review from the notification bell or Support alerts.
  • Pre-service check-ins ask assigned technicians to confirm on track, running late, or cannot make it.
  • When a technician reports running late or cannot make it, owners and dispatchers can receive in-app alerts for that response.
  • Follow-ups are contractor-controlled tasks; alerts stay in-app for owners and dispatchers.

Technician visibility

In-app alerts on the alerts page are aimed at owners and dispatchers. Technicians use My Work and job screens for assignment updates rather than a separate technician alert feed.

Where to find it: Open /follow-ups for follow-ups and /support/alerts for the alerts page. Technicians use /me/work for assigned jobs and pre-service check-in responses.
