Platform identity
Customer records in Field Console belong to your business. They are separate from homeowner accounts on Zwivio when a customer also uses Zwivio for other services.
Text updates and phone changes
If you change a customer phone number, text-update consent does not carry over. The new number needs its own explicit opt-in before job-update texts can send.
