Customers, service locations, and equipment

Keep contractor-scoped customer records, service locations, and equipment profiles together so your team has context on every visit.

  • Store customer-specific name, email, phone, and address details your business uses for service.
  • Track multiple service locations per customer and tie equipment to the location—not to a person—so history stays with the property.
  • Review job history and service-location history from the customer record.
  • Add operational notes your team should see before the next visit.

Platform identity

Customer records in Field Console belong to your business. They are separate from homeowner accounts on Zwivio when a customer also uses Zwivio for other services.

Text updates and phone changes

If you change a customer phone number, text-update consent does not carry over. The new number needs its own explicit opt-in before job-update texts can send.

Where to find it: Open /customers for your customer list and location or equipment detail.
