Optional Dispatch

When you participate in Zwivio Dispatch Network, assigned routed work stays organized alongside your own jobs.

Review daily and weekly schedules, spot overlap, compare technician fit, and open the Day Planner for selected-day assignment suggestions.

Jobs, scheduling, and Schedule Intelligence

Field service management software should help you assign the right technician at the right time—not just fill a calendar grid. Use Schedule Intelligence for one-job decisions while adding or editing work, or review technician-assignment suggestions for a selected day in the Day Planner.

  • Create and manage company jobs; assign technicians and track work through completion.
  • Use daily and weekly schedule views with overlap visibility and unassigned-job signals.
  • Set up recurring schedules on all monthly plans; generate upcoming visits and manage pause, resume, skip, or end.
  • Use Schedule Intelligence while adding or editing a job to compare technician fit, nearby scheduled work, estimated drive impact, and conflicts.
  • Open the Schedule Intelligence Day Planner when you want to review technician-assignment suggestions across a selected day without moving appointment times.
  • Support after-hours windows with custom start and end times where your operation needs them.
  • Run pre-service check-ins so assigned team members can confirm they are on track or flag delays.

Plan the day with Schedule Intelligence

A calendar can show where your technicians are supposed to be. Schedule Intelligence helps you think through whether the assignments make sense.

Field Console Pro gives your team two ways to use Schedule Intelligence.

Check one job while you schedule it

When you add or edit a job, Schedule Intelligence compares the selected technician with the other eligible team members. It reviews schedule availability, nearby work already on the calendar, estimated drive impact, and possible conflicts.

That gives your dispatcher more context before saving the appointment. A technician may technically be available, but another team member may already be working nearby or may fit the time window with less unnecessary driving.

Review a full day with the Day Planner

The Schedule Intelligence Day Planner helps your dispatcher review technician assignments across a selected day.

Choose the day, select the jobs you want to analyze, and run the planner when you are ready. Field Console reviews the selected jobs against the eligible technicians and the work already scheduled for each team member. It then returns a suggested assignment plan with plain-language reasoning, such as nearby scheduled work, route fit, schedule availability, and estimated drive impact.

The Day Planner can help identify:

  • an unassigned job that fits naturally into a technician’s day;
  • a job that may be better handled by another available technician;
  • a pair or group of related assignment changes that should be reviewed together;
  • assignments that should remain unchanged because the current technician is already the best fit.
Select jobs for a chosen day, review explainable assignment suggestions, and apply supported changes after your dispatcher reviews them.

Appointment times stay unchanged

The Day Planner does not move customer appointments around the calendar. It reviews technician assignments while preserving the scheduled appointment windows your customers already expect.

Your dispatcher stays in control

Nothing changes automatically. Your dispatcher chooses which jobs to analyze, reviews the recommendations, and decides whether to apply supported assignment changes.

Field Console shows the expected number of Schedule Intelligence checks before the analysis runs, so your team can make an informed decision before using the planner.

Keep your team informed as the day moves

  • See scheduled job destinations and active trip markers on the Operations map so owners and dispatchers can follow the day as it moves.
  • Track active trips and available location updates when technicians share their trip progress.
  • Capture time on site from Arrived to Completed so your team has better context for service records, invoices, and job history.
  • Give owners and dispatchers the operational view they need while technicians focus on assigned work.

Customers, properties, and equipment

Customer management for service businesses works best when location, equipment, and history stay tied to the job.

  • Keep business-scoped customer records with customer-specific contact details.
  • Track service locations and service-location history for repeat visits.
  • Maintain equipment profiles linked to properties and service records.
  • Review job history and operational notes without switching tools.
Keep business-scoped customer records, service locations, equipment profiles, and job history together.
Build quotes from your Price Book, send approval links, convert approved work to jobs, and send invoices with secure online payments.

Quotes, Price Book, templates, invoices, and payments

Move from estimate to cash with quote and invoice software built for service businesses—not a disconnected spreadsheet export.

  • Build a reusable Price Book of services, labor, parts, materials, and packages.
  • Use quote templates to speed up repeat proposals; send quotes with secure customer approval links.
  • Convert approved quotes into one-time jobs or recurring schedules on all monthly plans without re-entering the work.
  • Create invoices from completed work or approved quote line items; track invoice aging in Reports.
  • Send invoices and accept secure online payments when your business has payments enabled.
  • Keep quotes and invoices clear and editable while preserving the details your customer approved.

Recurring work, follow-ups, and alerts

Stay ahead of repeat visits and post-job opportunities with follow-ups and in-app alerts—not bulk outreach campaigns.

  • On all monthly plans, create recurring schedules manually or from approved quotes; preview conflicts before you commit.
  • Generate recurring visits on your team calendar; pause, resume, skip, or end schedules as operations change.
  • Track follow-up opportunities and service reminders on the Follow-ups page.
  • Receive in-app alerts for follow-ups, quote activity, invoice activity, and supported job updates.
  • Give owners and dispatchers visibility from the notification bell and alerts page.
Manage recurring visit schedules and review revenue, quote activity, invoice aging, and follow-up visibility in Reports.

Service records and customer-facing professionalism

Document work clearly and give customers a polished, professional experience from appointment details through completed service records.

  • Create service records with completion summaries, technician notes, and parts or materials used.
  • Share secure customer appointment pages with the timing and service details customers need.
  • Send customer appointment emails with secure links to timing and service details.
  • Share technician details and available trip updates when enabled for the appointment.
  • Add your business logo and branding to customer-facing pages where configured.

Need customer texting?

Customer Text Updates are available as an optional add-on with any Field Console Pro plan. After setup and approval, send eligible appointment reminders and service-status texts—including on-the-way, running-late, arrival, cancellation, and completion updates—from a dedicated business texting number.

Eligible customers can opt in from their secure appointment page. Contact us to discuss availability and pricing.

Reports and portability

Field service reporting for revenue, quotes, invoices, and follow-ups—plus Schedule Intelligence value reporting on eligible plans.

  • Review standard reports for revenue visibility, quote activity, invoice activity, and follow-ups.
  • See Schedule Intelligence usage, Day Planner analyses, applied recommendations, and estimated drive-time savings on Pro Plus and Custom where enabled.
  • Import customer records from CSV to get started faster.
  • Export supported operational records to a ZIP archive; coverage depends on record type.

Flexible plans for the way your business operates

Start with pay-as-you-go access or choose a monthly plan for recurring schedules, more users, and additional Schedule Intelligence capacity.
