This area is for contractors. Looking for HVAC service for your home? Homeowners start here.
Your operating hub for dispatch.
Mission Control helps keep readiness, coverage, and trucks moving in the same direction.
Mission Control brings together what you need to stay dispatch-ready, see open opportunities, and manage coverage without shared-lead chaos. Routing stays governed; you keep visibility into fees and readiness.
Stay dispatch-ready
See compliance, billing setup, and request-type readiness in one place, so you know what dispatch needs before the next offer, without digging through scattered screens.
- Paperwork and compliance signals in context
- Billing / identity readiness at a glance
- Per request-type posture, not a vague “green light”
Pick up unfilled jobs
When work is open in your network, you can review opportunities and act from the portal. No racing a broadcast list, and no pay-to-chase for offers you never accepted. Volume and timing still depend on real demand and fit; this is visibility, not a guarantee of fill.
- Open opportunities surfaced in one workflow
- Governed routing, not simultaneous lead blasts to everyone
- Aligned with pay-on-assignment economics
Mission Control is an operating hub, not an open marketplace.
Unfilled Jobs and the rest of the portal give organized visibility inside Zwivio's dispatch model. Not a public job board and not unrestricted homeowner access.
- Unfilled Jobs shows limited information only: enough to judge whether to step in, not broad homeowner details or contact you have not earned through the workflow.
- Stepping in means entering Zwivio's dispatch system, including routing, timing, and assignment rules. Mission Control does not let anyone bypass exclusivity, governed offers, or platform mechanics.
- When homeowner approval is required, Zwivio sends that approval step first. Homeowner details are not broadly released; gated details flow only when the workflow allows, typically after approval where that rule applies.
- Opportunities are controlled, not endlessly open: once another contractor is actively advancing the job under platform rules, it should not keep appearing as something broadly available for others to act on.
Control coverage and availability
Shape where you operate and how you participate: service footprint, on-call posture, and the controls that keep dispatch aligned with how you actually run your day.
- Service area and coverage context
- On-call and availability signals ops can trust
- Participation settings that respect contractor control

Mission Control complements texts and offer links: you can run the job day by SMS and still use the portal when you want the full picture. For platform rules and assignment mechanics, read What is Zwivio (contractors) and how we protect you on fees and outcomes.
