After You're Approved

Approval means Zwivio has reviewed your onboarding information and set up your contractor account for Mission Control. Before your first offer arrives, a few setup and market factors can affect when your business starts seeing opportunities.

What to check first

  • Open Dispatch status after you log in. Your business profile, service coverage and job types, compliance documents, billing, and availability should show as ready.
  • If any item needs attention, use the action link in Mission Control to complete it.
  • Confirm that your dispatch phone is correct and that text consent is set up if your team wants to receive offer texts.
  • Review your service area, job types, on-call posture, and availability so Zwivio can evaluate your business for the right requests.
  • Keep billing and compliance documents current. Expired license or insurance records can affect readiness until they are updated.

Why offers may not arrive immediately

Being approved does not guarantee immediate offer volume. Offer timing depends on homeowner demand, your service area, the job types you accept, your current availability, capacity, timing, and normal seasonal patterns.

If your account is ready but you have not received an offer yet, that usually means Zwivio has not recently seen a matching request for your current setup.

When to contact Zwivio

Contact Zwivio support if Dispatch status shows something incomplete, your dispatch phone or text setup looks wrong, you expected an invite but did not receive one, or something appears stalled after approval.
