Billing, fees, credits, and tax

Zwivio does not charge a monthly subscription fee. Contractors can join, complete onboarding, and use Mission Control without paying a subscription.

Zwivio charges a platform fee when a job reaches the supported assignment point. In practical terms, you pay when a job is assigned to your business, not just because you received or reviewed an offer.

What to expect

  • Each offer shows the platform fee before you accept, so you can review the cost before deciding. Some jobs may include an after-hours surcharge for emergency or late-night dispatches.
  • If an offer requires homeowner approval, no platform fee is charged unless the job is approved and assigned to your business.
  • Billing in Mission Control shows charge history, payment method setup, billing statements, and available credits.
  • Billing identity and tax information are handled separately from your payment method.
  • Credits may appear through eligible referral rewards, account adjustments, or job-review outcomes. Your credit history in Mission Control shows credits earned and applied.
  • Platform fees are generally non-refundable. If something about a job assignment looks incorrect, contact Zwivio support promptly so the issue can be reviewed.

What this does not cover

Homeowners pay contractors directly for HVAC service work unless a separate arrangement applies. Zwivio’s platform fee is separate from what you charge the homeowner for diagnosis, repair, replacement, maintenance, or other service work.
