Coverage and availability
Coverage and availability tell Zwivio where your business works, which HVAC request types you want to handle, and whether your team is currently available for offers.
Service coverage
- You set your service area during onboarding and can update it in Mission Control under Service coverage.
- Coverage may include your business address, service area, radius, ZIPs, counties, or other market settings depending on how your account is configured.
- Zwivio uses coverage to help determine whether a homeowner request is inside the area your business serves.
Job types
- Job type participation lets you choose which request types you want to receive, such as emergency, urgent, scheduled, and quote requests.
- Keeping job types accurate helps Zwivio avoid sending offers your team does not want to handle.
- Dispatch status may show whether your account is ready for each request type.
Availability and capacity
- Availability tells Zwivio whether your team is currently able to take work.
- Capacity settings help indicate whether you are open, full, or unsure for the day.
- If your team is not available, update your availability instead of letting offers sit unanswered.
- Keeping availability accurate helps protect homeowners’ time and helps your team avoid offers you cannot service.
After-hours and on-call
- After-hours and on-call availability can be configured separately for contractors who handle emergency calls outside regular business hours.
- If your team changes after-hours coverage, update Mission Control so Zwivio has the right operating posture before evaluating future requests.
Good rule of thumb: update Mission Control before your team’s coverage, schedule, or capacity changes affect real jobs.
