Joining Zwivio

Joining Zwivio usually takes about ten minutes. You submit your business and service details, then Zwivio reviews the setup before your contractor account is activated for Mission Control and future job offers.

What joining means

Joining Zwivio is free. There is no subscription fee to create your contractor profile, complete onboarding, or access Mission Control.

Zwivio is not a shared-lead marketplace. Contractors do not buy lists of homeowner leads, and homeowner contact details are not broadly sold or blasted to multiple companies.

Instead, Zwivio sends controlled job offers when your business appears to match the request, service area, timing, readiness, and availability. You choose whether to accept an offer.

A Zwivio platform fee applies when a job reaches the supported assignment point, such as when you accept and the homeowner approval or assignment flow is completed. If you do not receive or accept a job, there is no subscription charge just for being on Zwivio.

Before you apply

Have these ready:

  • Your business name and contact information.
  • The phone number your team wants to use for dispatch texts.
  • Your business address and service area.
  • The HVAC job types you want to receive.
  • License and insurance information.
  • The person who should manage owner or dispatcher access.

What the join form asks for

The join form asks for your business name, owner and contact details, the phone number you want to receive dispatch texts on, your business address, service area and radius, the HVAC job types you handle, license information, and policy acceptance.

Supported job types include emergency response, urgent diagnostic or repair, scheduled service, and quote requests. You choose which types to accept during onboarding.

After submitting, Zwivio reviews your application and sets up portal access. You will receive an invite to create your account once your setup is complete.

If you are adding a team member or joining an existing contractor account, separate invite links are used. Contact your account owner or Zwivio support if you are not sure which path applies.
