Text Command Reference

Zwivio texts expect short, structured replies. Swap the sample job numbers below for the two- or three-digit code shown on your actual offer.

  • Use the digits Zwivio includes in each offer—we show 43 as an example.
  • Extra spaces or light punctuation usually still work; keep the sequence clear.
  • Hands-on Zwivio demo texts sometimes start with D plus two digits (for example D43Y1)—follow whichever pattern your onboarding coach assigns.
  • If your login is tied to multiple companies, or SMS-based check-ins are disabled for your account, rely on Mission Control instead of shorthand texts.

In the examples below, 43 is only a sample offer reference. Your actual offer text will include its own reference number. Use the number shown in the text you received, then add the action you want to take. For example, if your text says 'Ref 43,' you can text 43Y to accept or 43N to decline.
