Dispatch status

Dispatch status shows whether Zwivio can currently consider your business for job offers.

Before Zwivio can send offers, your account needs to be ready across a few practical areas: availability, compliance, billing, service coverage, and job-type participation.

What dispatch status checks

  • Availability and on-call status: whether your business is available for normal-hours or after-hours offers.
  • Capacity: whether your team has indicated you are open, full, or unsure for the day.
  • Compliance: whether required license and insurance information is present, current, and reviewed as needed.
  • Billing: whether your billing setup is ready for jobs that reach assignment.
  • Job types: whether your business is ready for the emergency, urgent, scheduled, and quote request types you participate in.

What “ready” means

A ready status means your account is set up for that area. It does not guarantee a specific number of offers. Offer opportunities still depend on homeowner demand, service area, timing, job type, availability, and normal dispatch factors.

What to do if something needs attention

If Mission Control shows an item as not ready or needing attention, use the action shown in that panel to update the missing information. Common examples include expired license or insurance records, incomplete billing setup, inactive availability, or job types that are not fully configured.

Where to find it

After your account is set up, open Mission Control and choose Dispatch status.
