Roles and team access
Zwivio supports three contractor team roles: Owner, Dispatcher, and Technician. Each role is designed around the kind of work that person handles in Mission Control.
Owners
Owners manage the contractor account. They can access business settings, billing, compliance documents, team management, service coverage, availability, offers, jobs, and other dispatch operations.
Owners can invite team members, assign roles, resend invites, disable access, and manage who appears on the contractor roster.
Dispatchers
Dispatchers help manage day-to-day operations. They can review offers, coordinate jobs, monitor readiness, and help keep the contractor’s dispatch workflow moving.
A dispatcher may be the person your team relies on for offer and job coordination, but the owner remains responsible for keeping the account, billing, compliance, and business setup accurate.
Technicians
Technicians are focused on assigned field work. Their default view is My Work, where they can see jobs assigned to them and handle field updates such as trip status, arrival, and completion steps when those actions are available.
Technicians do not decide whether the business accepts new offers. Offer review and acceptance are handled by owner or dispatcher roles.
Team roster and text check-in
The team roster shows active members, their roles, and account status. It may also show text check-in settings for team members when that feature is available.
Keep your roster current. If someone leaves the business or no longer needs Zwivio access, disable their access. If a technician or dispatcher should receive field or check-in texts, confirm the correct phone/contact setup before relying on text updates.
Job assignment
Jobs can be assigned to specific technicians from Mission Control. This helps owners and dispatchers hand off confirmed work to the right field team member while keeping technicians focused on the jobs assigned to them.
