Offers

When a homeowner request fits your service area, job types, availability, and dispatch status, Zwivio may send your business a controlled job offer. You can review the offer and respond by text or through Mission Control.

What an offer includes

  • Offer notifications include the job type, homeowner-provided job summary or issue description, general area, requested timing, and platform fee context for that assignment.
  • When available, the offer may also include request details such as equipment type, urgency, photos, access notes, or other information the homeowner provided.
  • Full homeowner contact details are not broadly shared in the first offer notification. They are shared through the supported confirmation or assignment flow.
  • Some offers may include a drive estimate or let you request one before responding.

How to respond

  • Owners and dispatchers can accept or decline an offer from Mission Control.
  • When text replies are available for your account, you may also be able to respond by text using the reference number shown in the offer message.
  • Offers have a response window. If the offer expires before you respond, Zwivio may move on to another path.

Offer statuses you may see

  • Received or notified: the offer was sent and is waiting for a response.
  • Accepted and confirmed: the job reached the supported assignment path.
  • Accepted and pending homeowner approval: you accepted, but the homeowner still needs to approve before the job is assigned.
  • Declined: your business passed on the offer.
  • Expired or cancelled: the offer is no longer active.

Late interest

If an offer expires before you respond, a late-interest option may be available. Use it only if your business is still interested and able to take the job. Late interest does not guarantee the job is still available or that your business will be assigned.
