Support paths

If something goes wrong with a job or your account, Zwivio has clear paths for disputes, general support, and referrals.

  • Disputes can be submitted directly from the portal. Include a reason, description, and any supporting attachments. Zwivio's operations team reviews all disputes and follows up by email.
  • For general questions or account issues, reach out to contact@zwivio.com. Response times vary by volume, but all inquiries are reviewed.
  • The referral program lets you earn credits when a contractor you refer joins Zwivio and receives their first assignment. Access your referral link and status in the portal.
  • If you manage more than one contractor business on Zwivio, use the business-switching option at login to select the correct account before entering the portal.
