Compliance documents

Zwivio uses compliance documents to confirm that your business is properly set up for dispatched HVAC work. Keeping your license and insurance records current helps avoid interruptions in dispatch status.

What Zwivio may ask for

  • Contractor license information, including a license number or reference where applicable.
  • Proof of liability insurance.
  • Expiration dates for license and insurance records.
  • Updated documents when a license, insurance policy, or certificate is renewed.

Why expiration dates matter

License and insurance files need current coverage dates. If a document is missing, expired, or does not include a valid future expiration date, it may affect whether your business is ready for offers.

What happens after upload

After you upload or replace a document, Zwivio may still need time to review it. Mission Control will show whether the document is missing, expired, under review, or accepted for dispatch purposes.

Reminders

Zwivio may send reminders around one month before expiration and again closer to one week before expiration. Reminders may appear by email, text, or Mission Control notification depending on your account settings and contact setup.

To avoid interruptions, upload renewed certificates or updated license information as soon as you have them. If something looks wrong after upload, contact Zwivio support so we can review it with you.
