Keeping Your Account in Good Standing
Good standing on Zwivio comes down to practical operating habits: accurate availability, timely offer responses, realistic acceptance decisions, clear communication, current account records, and professional completion of assigned work.
- Keep your capacity and availability accurate. If your team cannot take more work, update capacity by text (OPEN, FULL, UNSURE) or in Field Console instead of letting offers go unanswered.
- Respond to offers within the response window shown. Accept the work you want and decline the offers you cannot take.
- Accept only jobs your team can realistically service. Declining early is better for homeowners than cancelling after acceptance.
- If plans change, send an update by text or through Field Console so dispatch and homeowners can adjust expectations.
- Keep billing, license, insurance, and tax records current. Dispatch status reflects what is on file for your account.
- Complete assigned work professionally and record completion so your job history stays accurate.
- If something about a job or charge looks wrong, open a dispute from Field Console with a clear description and any supporting attachments.
- If readiness still looks stuck after you have resolved the items shown, email contact@zwivio.com with what you attempted so Zwivio can review your account.
