Field Console & Dispatch Network Guide

A practical guide to joining the Dispatch Network, setting up Field Console, receiving offers, managing assigned work, billing, compliance, texts, and support.

Guide status

Current operating guide for service-business onboarding. Last updated August 17, 2026. Content should be reviewed as Zwivio onboarding, Field Console, and service-business support workflows evolve.

Offers

When a homeowner request fits your service area, job types, availability, and dispatch status, Zwivio may send your business a controlled job offer. You can review the offer and respond by text, through Field Console, or from the secure View Offer link in an offer email.

What an offer includes

  • Offer notifications include the job type, homeowner-provided job summary or issue description, general area, requested timing, and platform fee context for that assignment.
  • When available, the offer may also include request details such as equipment type, urgency, photos, access notes, or other information the homeowner provided.
  • Full homeowner contact details are not broadly shared in the first offer notification. They are shared through the supported confirmation or assignment flow.
  • Some offers may include a drive estimate or let you request one before responding.

How to respond

  • Owners and dispatchers can accept or decline an offer from Field Console.
  • When text replies are available for your account, you may also be able to respond by text using the reference number shown in the offer message.
  • When an eligible email is on file, the offer email includes a secure View Offer link. Owners and dispatchers can open that link and accept or decline from the secure offer page. Do not reply to the email to accept or decline; email replies are not processed as offer responses.
  • Technicians cannot accept new Dispatch offers.
  • Offers have a response window. If the offer expires before you respond, Zwivio may move on to another path.

Offer statuses you may see

  • Received or notified: the offer was sent and is waiting for a response.
  • Accepted and confirmed: the job reached the supported assignment path.
  • Accepted and pending homeowner approval: you accepted, but the homeowner still needs to approve before the job is assigned.
  • Declined: your business passed on the offer.
  • Expired or cancelled: the offer is no longer active.

If you miss an offer

Missing, declining, or ignoring an offer does not immediately put that request in Unfilled Jobs. Normal routing continues first. Zwivio may send the request to other eligible businesses or keep working the remaining routing path.

Late interest

If an offer expires before you respond, a late-interest option may be available. Use it only if your business is still interested and able to take the job. Late interest does not guarantee the job is still available or that your business will be assigned.

Unfilled Jobs

Unfilled Jobs is a later recovery path in Field Console, not a public job board. A request appears there only after routing has finished and the request is still unfilled, and only for businesses eligible on coverage, request type, and specialty.

  • Multiple eligible businesses may see the same request until one requests it. Browsing the list does not reserve it.
  • Requesting it starts a short exclusive offer window so other eligible businesses cannot see or request it while that hold is active.
  • If that window ends without acceptance, the request can reappear for other eligible businesses.
  • If you accept, it leaves Unfilled Jobs for everyone else. For Quote requests, other eligible businesses may still be able to express interest while quote collection remains open.
