A platform fee applies only when a job is officially assigned to your business. There is no charge to receive, decline, ignore, or accept an offer that is not ultimately assigned.
Field Console tools used to receive and manage Zwivio-assigned Dispatch Network work do not require a Field Console Pro subscription. Field Console Pro is a separate paid product for managing the business’s own customers, jobs, scheduling, quotes, invoices, and operations.
What to expect
- Each offer shows the platform fee before you accept. The fee shown on the offer is the amount charged if the job is officially assigned to your business.
- If an offer requires homeowner approval, acceptance alone does not create the fee. No platform fee is charged unless the job is approved and officially assigned to your business.
- Billing in Field Console shows charge history, payment method setup, monthly billing statements, and available credits.
- Billing identity and tax information are handled separately from your payment method.
- Credits may appear through eligible referral rewards, verified completion-review rewards, cancellation-related credits, or account adjustments. Your credit history in Field Console shows credits earned and applied.
- Certain cancellations may qualify for an automatic refund or account credit under Zwivio’s policies. If something about a job assignment or charge looks incorrect, contact Zwivio support or open a dispute so it can be reviewed.
What this does not cover
Homeowners pay service businesses directly for service work unless a separate arrangement applies. Zwivio’s platform fee is separate from what you charge the homeowner for diagnosis, repair, replacement, maintenance, or other service work.
