Text Command Reference
Zwivio texts expect short, structured replies. Swap the sample job numbers below for the two- or three-digit code shown on your actual offer.
- Use the digits Zwivio includes in each offer—we show 43 as an example.
- Compact replies such as 43Y, 43N, 43V, and 43DONE tolerate light punctuation. Keyword replies such as ETA, LATE, and INTEREST need the spacing shown below.
- Availability and location texts (OPEN, FULL, UNSURE, RESET, LOC) must come from a verified team-member phone with text check-ins enabled. Daily capacity changes are limited to team members authorized to manage Dispatch availability, such as owners and dispatchers.
- Zwivio demo offer texts are clearly labeled and start with D plus two digits (for example D43Y1). Reply using the Y, N, or V patterns shown in the demo text itself.
- If your login is tied to multiple companies, or text check-ins are disabled for your account, rely on Field Console instead of shorthand texts.
In the examples below, 43 is only a sample offer reference. Your actual offer text will include its own reference number. Use the number shown in the text you received, then add the action you want to take. For example, if your text says 'Ref 43,' you can text 43Y to accept or 43N to decline.
