Performance and ROI

Field Console gives your business a practical view of how Zwivio activity is trending over time. Use this page to understand offer volume, response activity, assigned work, platform fees, credits, job history, and recent activity.

What you can track

  • Dispatch performance: offers sent, accepted offers, response timing, cancellations after acceptance, and acceptance rate.
  • Trip update reliability: whether assigned jobs include helpful trip updates such as on-the-way, delay, arrival, or related field updates.
  • Offer outcomes: offers that were accepted, declined, expired, pending homeowner approval, or became official assigned work.
  • Platform fees and credits: paid fees, outstanding balances, failed charges, credits applied, and current wallet snapshot.
  • Assigned work: active and completed jobs across your team.
  • Recent activity: recent account, offer, job, and billing-related updates.

How to use the data

Performance data is for your business use. It can help you spot slow periods, understand how often offers turn into assigned work, review response habits, and see how platform fees and credits are trending.

Healthy operating habits matter: respond to offers you want, decline offers you cannot take, keep availability current, communicate delays, and complete assigned work professionally.
