Field Console & Dispatch Network Guide

A practical guide to joining the Dispatch Network, setting up Field Console, receiving offers, managing assigned work, billing, compliance, texts, and support.

Guide status

Current operating guide for service-business onboarding. Last updated July 26, 2026. Content should be reviewed as Zwivio onboarding, Field Console, and service-business support workflows evolve.

Homeowner approval

Some offers require homeowner approval after you accept. In those cases, the job is not assigned until the homeowner approves and Zwivio sends assignment confirmation.

How it works

  • When a homeowner chooses to review before confirmation, your acceptance moves the offer into pending homeowner approval instead of immediate assignment.
  • Acceptance alone does not create a platform fee. While approval is pending, nothing has been charged — the fee applies only if the job is officially assigned to your business.
  • You can see pending approvals in Field Console. Zwivio will notify you when the homeowner responds or the approval window ends.
  • Do not treat a pending approval as a confirmed job. Wait for assignment confirmation before dispatching a technician.
  • If the homeowner declines or does not respond in time, the job is not assigned to your business and no platform fee is charged.
  • If the homeowner approves, Zwivio sends assignment confirmation and the job can move forward through the normal assigned-work flow.

What to do while waiting

  • Keep your availability accurate while the approval is pending.
  • Watch for the confirmation or not-assigned notification.
  • If your availability changes before the homeowner responds, review the pending approval in Field Console or contact Zwivio support.
