Texts and email
Zwivio uses text, email, and the Field Console Activity Feed to keep your team informed. A dispatch phone is required to receive routed offers. SMS is the primary offer channel. Email is supplementary when an eligible email is on file.
How updates work
- Offer texts can support quick replies to accept, decline, view or resend a secure link, and send simple travel or job updates where supported.
- Exact reply formats are listed in the Text command reference. If a reply is not recognized, Zwivio may send a short hint with the expected pattern.
- If you text HELP by itself, you will receive help information for Zwivio texts.
- When an eligible email is on file for the offer recipient, Zwivio also sends the offer by email with a secure View Offer link. Owners and dispatchers can open that link and accept or decline from the secure offer page.
- Do not reply directly to the email to accept or decline; email replies are not processed as offer responses. You can also respond using supported text commands or Field Console.
- Technicians cannot accept new Dispatch offers.
- Email notifications may also include account invites, compliance reminders, assignment updates, and other account lifecycle events.
- The Field Console Activity Feed shows recent Dispatch activity for your business, including offer, assignment, approval, and job updates.
- Texting STOP stops offer texts. It does not stop offer emails.
Text setup
A dispatch phone number must be on file to receive routed offers. To receive offer texts, text consent must also be active. You can update contact preferences in Field Console.
