Field manual for service businesses

Field Console & Dispatch Network Guide

A practical guide to joining the Dispatch Network, setting up Field Console, receiving offers, managing assigned work, billing, compliance, texts, and support.

Guide status

Current operating guide for service-business onboarding. Last updated July 26, 2026. Content should be reviewed as Zwivio onboarding, Field Console, and service-business support workflows evolve.

Joining Zwivio

Joining Zwivio usually takes about ten minutes. You submit your business and service details, then Zwivio reviews the setup before your service business account is activated for Field Console and future job offers.

What joining means

Joining Zwivio is free. There is no subscription fee to create your business profile, complete onboarding, or access Field Console.

Zwivio is not a shared-lead marketplace. Service businesses do not buy lists of homeowner leads, and homeowner contact details are not broadly sold or blasted to multiple companies.

Instead, Zwivio sends controlled job offers when your business appears to match the request, service area, timing, readiness, and availability. You choose whether to accept an offer.

A platform fee applies only when a job is officially assigned to your business. There is no charge to receive, decline, ignore, or accept an offer that is not ultimately assigned, and there is no subscription charge just for being on Zwivio.

Before you apply

Have these ready:

  • Your business name and contact information.
  • The phone number your team wants to use for dispatch texts.
  • Your business address and service area.
  • The services and request types you want to receive.
  • License and insurance information. License requirements vary by service.
  • The person who should manage owner or dispatcher access.

What the join form asks for

The join form asks for your business name, owner and contact details, the phone number you want to receive dispatch texts on, your business address, service area and radius, the property types you serve, the services and request types you handle, license information where required for your services, and policy acceptance.

Depending on the service, request types can include emergency response, urgent diagnostic or repair, scheduled service, and quote requests. Available request types depend on the service, and Dispatch Network availability may vary by service and market. You choose which services and request types to accept during onboarding.

After submitting, Zwivio reviews your application and sets up portal access. You will receive an invite to create your account once your setup is complete.

If you are adding a team member or joining an existing service business account, separate invite links are used. Contact your account owner or Zwivio support if you are not sure which path applies.
